Our Liner Fabric product are widely used on the tire industrials.

Including PP Liner, PP mesh Liner, PP monofilament Liner, Polyester Liner, Polyester Liner, Cotton Liner, PP-Cotton Liner, nylon lier, and composite liner.

Width can be customized to 30mm- 3600mm, Length can be customized within 1000meter.

  • Stable Shape

    Using the special import raw material, our liner fabric weft side is enough stiff to against wrinkle. Shape is stable. During the rolling or peeling, the rubber product can be stable, to avoid the wrinkle.

  • Long lifetime

    Strengthen the internal structure of products, so that the product structure is stable, and the service life has improved substantially.

  • Stable edge

    Our liner fabric corner after heat treatment or thermal cutting edge, in a clean manner, save the loss during the using. With the special surface treatment, after long time use still have good separation of semi-finished rubber is intact without deformation.

  • Suction and drainage

    Int the production process control of air permeability, so in process it can quickly absorb moisture and quickly discharge moisture during safe keeping.

    Product can be according to customer’s special requirement, such as TLS008 is one of the special product for Nexens,  but according to their rubber film thickness, produce double construction PP04.
