Raising the breaking fore and tensile strength of bead wire will decrease bead wire consumption quantity, weight of tyre, rolling resistance force, fuel consumption quantity, and cost of tire production. Meanwhile, high yield ratio will also cut down creep property of steel wire. Bead wire also has the properties of high tensile force elasticity, anti-fatigue and straightness, and good adhesion with rubber.
